Mark Wooten: Muscular dystrophy patient

Mark Wooten was spending most of his time in 1993 coping with muscular dystrophy when a child he knew admitted helping a friend steal something. The debt was paid, but Wooten wanted to ensure that the youth did not get started down the wrong path. He took the child to see John Keuffer, founder of Teen Response, a Madisonville youth group, which helps kids make learn about making good decisions...(click here to read more)

Teen Response Parent & Board Member Wins Bengal's Community QB Award

Johnda Blum-Keuffer has been selected as a finalist for the Parade/NFL Charities Community Querter Back Award.  The Cincinnati Bengal's selected Ms. Keuffer for this award as alocal representative.

The Parade/NFL Charities Community QB award serves to recognize those who have volunteered in the community and for a specific charity, giving of their time, money and effort to further the cause and who live a live of dedication to community service.

Ms. Blum-Keuffer will be recognized on field, at the December 28th, 2003 Bengal's versus the Browns home game.  Teen Response will receive a $2,500 donation, and Ms. Blum-Keuffer will be honored prior to the game.  Attending the game with her, will be her son, Joe and daughter Amanda.
