OUR MISSION: Teen Response, Inc. was established in 1992 by former Police Officer John Keuffer. The mission of Teen Response is to provide quality, comprehensive services for at-risk adolescents by building positive self-esteem, leadership skills, commununity involvement and development of a strong financial acumen in a caring and compassionate manner.
